OVERVIEW
What was once cold concrete became a warm, inviting retreat. We added proper insulation, built out walls, installed luxury vinyl flooring, and created distinct zones for relaxation and hosting. Custom lighting design and a neutral palette keep it feeling open despite being below grade. The result is a fully functional lower level that feels like a natural part of the main home.
